The Office Cure for the Common Headache
Boom, boom, boom. That’s the music in my lead right now – very well, not so much music as a rhythm of pain. It’s be that kind of week – a mile a minute, next to not enough time to even write the tasks down, of late store them in my chief long enough to gain them done. So I’m experiencing one of those common, human-edition “PC overload” reaction – a (*sigh*) headache. So what to do? We have this quirky first-aid apparatus in our organization, which is convenient. But, in my experience, stiffness headaches don’t confidently sway for the old pop-a-pill trick. So I did a bit of investigating. Here’s a schedule of suggestions by Associated Content for when you’re stuck in the department and need to cool the war between your ears to cause it through the day:

Hydrate next to Electrolytes: If you can get your hand on a sports drink or other electrolytes-enhanced beverage, you’re on your way to rational bliss. Electrolytes combat stress headaches brought something like by tension and dehydration. If you can’t receive a sports drink, try to drink lots of water.
Give Yourself a Caffeine Boost: This is a tricky one. If you estimate you might be suffering from caffeine withdrawal, that double-shot espresso or cola drink can minister to. If not, a little caffeine might do the trick; don’t overdo it or you might worsen your condition – especially if you aren’t an ardent coffee drinker.
Bathroom-Sink Remedy: This is gonna nouns crazy, but it apparently works. Fill a bathroom sink with the hottest sea you can stand. Place your hands contained by the water. As the dampen cools, replace it with more hot wet. Keep your hands surrounded by the hot water for a few minutes. The model behind this is that blood rushes to the hand and away from your head, thereby relieving the headache.
Naturally, I should follow up this office-remedy counsel with the precaution that I’m not a doctor – and this direction is intended for stress or tension headache sufferers, not headache brought about by serious medical conditions. When contained by doubt, please seek medical attention.

Hello,

There are two accupressure spots you can stimulate to lend a hand with these conditions.

For headache, rub and put pressure the spot on the little web of skin between your thumb and forefinger.

For motion sickness, it's the little spot between your muzzle and lips, next to the two little lines on each side. Press this spot for 2 -3 minutes and repeat until you are inkling better.

It's amazing how well these technique work. I've been using them for years.

I hope this help.

Take care.

Kathy
