3 Lumbar sprains in the finishing year?


I first got one second April and it was HORRIBLE! I go to the doctor, but he told me to just rest, do pallid stretching and take painkillers. It took close to a month to go away.Then a couple of months ago I be stretching and when I got up, my lower rear legs felt irritated. It get worse so I went to the doctor and they said that it be another lumbar sprain. He told me to rest, take painkillers, etc. Now a few days ago I be doing NOTHING and I hurt my back again. I freshly got stood up and notice it felt unnatural and thu out the day it get worse. I'm in so much discomfort right now! I don't know if I should dance to the doctor or what because the last two enjoy said there's really nothing to be done. Could something else be wrong? I can't sleep or sit comfortably and its spasming. One doctor said that I want to keep my hamstring stretched and my stomach muscles strong so as to prevent further spraining, but...I dunno what to do. Should I see a doctor? This is the 4th day immediately and its not feeling better...
