I've decided to quit smoking pot today. Can I return with some words of encouragement?
I've smoked for some years and now I "want to" quit but I'm finding it really intricate. What am I in for? Can some one present me some encouragement on this? Will I ever be normal again?

You will be mundane again! It is going to be hard at first, (some days will be harder than others) but it will be worth it contained by the end! It is going to nouns cliche, but you need to shift to some sort of NA or AA even to get support next to your decision. They are especially dutiful if you backslide in getting you refocused. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! You enjoy made an excellent decision!
It is other easier when you have someone around you that have "been in that, done that".

Yes, you will be normal again!! LoL, it is hours of daylight one. Things are going to be hard for awhile. Mainly you are freshly going to be extremely irratable. It will go away beside time. You need to thieve yourself away from a situation that is going to tempt you. Let your friends/significant other know you are trying to quit. If they are smokin next to your around, you should remove yourself from their prescense for awhile!! I also saw you quoted you "want to". If you don't want to stop it isn't goin to happen. I also found that ALWAYS have a bottle of water around me help. Everytime I thought about hittin a pipe I would nick a big drink of water. I also took bad a few pounds pretty easily because I didn't hold the munchies all the time. Stay away from anything to do near pot for awhile; drink plenty of water; and stay focused on your aspiration! Goin sober is awesome. You realize how much better things can be with natural life when you quit smokin for a couple of months. (ex. not being paranoid going on for cops) You can do it!!

Good luck & stick at it, it will be hard but once you get the hard bit over you will be doing fine!Yes, you will be average. Maybe a little memory loss, but that's ok. I quit a few years ago. Might find headaches. Get rotten the couch and out of the house. Stay busy. Go do things that distract you with the money you are abiding! Good luck!

It's a hard piece to do,but your lungs will ty and think of adjectives the money you will save ,and the bad coughing.You will probably go hindmost to it now and later but you will only want a fraction of what you need immediately to get one and the same results.So I have hear.Hope this helps.Oh ,and the moments of stupidity will still be near.How do i get my hamstring to loosen up? they have other been exceedingly tight.?

Hi,I just required to put in my thoughts to you. I smoked along near my brother over 25 years ago, he still smokes, I never needed it once I married and only smoked a few times surrounded by the last 25 years, happily it now seem like a debris of good money to me. My brother however is addicted and have nothing much to show for his second 25 years of living, but I do always hear from him when hes into a really pious bag. You want to quit and get a switch on why you smoke. My brother has be married 3 times now and is currently divorced, adjectives the women he picks up smoke and their lives are crap too. I'm not saying everyone contained by life that smokes can't touch it but the fact is he is one of the ones that should hold never started because it drives his life into the crapper adjectives the time. Why not stay off the weed and sort the most of your life, existence is already a challenge so move about after what you want with a clear lead and all the challenge will be that much easier. I know ways to quit tobacco, but these should still work:
Because a smoker forms the dependence of putting something in their mouth, and it's like other a cigarette. you will need something else to put into your mouth, close to lollipops.
Have a peppermint each time you crave a cigarette, the craving will step away somehow.
Be sure to have lots of wet, the nicotine will wash out in 48 - 72 hours. Let's say, like amount as some scientist discovered. 6 - 8 glasses a hours of daylight.
Make sure you get like mad of fresh air and exercise, it will assist your brain recover
Have faith. Thinking you can't do it over and over won't help out.

Very true quitting smoking is hard. When you establish to quit smoking number one thing is to beef up your will power. Unless you don't enjoy the resolve to quit success is difficult. When you quit you get to be careful something like 2 things.
a) Withdrawal symptoms like mood amend, anger, depression, insomnia and headache.
c) Nicotine craving.
Any remedy that helps you out to cover the above 2 factor in combination near your will power will lead you to a smoke free energy.
