I am Argentinian. In Argentina we're used to drinking a beverage called "mate" adjectives day long, adjectives year round (even though this drink is hot, unless you have "tereré", which is drunk contained by the north with freezing orange juice). Both beverages contain "yerba mate," which have a high proportion of caffeine. So I suggest you try drinking freezing tea (I spent a year in America and I somehow developed an addiction for this drink!); this will probably sustain you feel revitalized and ready to preserve on working.
