HELP !! pulled arm muscle! need better enormously soon !! HELP!!?
ok. so during colorguard practice i pulled a muscle in my arm. and now i can barly move it, which is not legitimate due to the fact that i can't spin my flag if i can't move my right arm. i necessitate to know what to do to make it better asap. i researched it online, and it said it will nick 3 weeks to heal. i entail it better by next week ! preferably sooner. i enjoy a show next thursday. and i NEED to be capable of use my arm. please help ! any relieve is greatly appriciated !!

The best point you can do in the first 24 hours is rime it, ice it, rime it. don't move it and keep it elevated. This will hamper the swelling and blood flow to prevent more bruising. Take ibuprofen (if you don't have stomach problems). In the subsequent week, do everything you can not to move or strain the arm. Baby it. Switch from heat pad to ice frequently. Don't pick things up. If you smoke, stop, at least possible until it is healed. Smoking hinder and prolongs healing. Eat lots of veggies and protien to make a contribution your body the nutrients it needs to replace the dog-eared cells. Nothing can garauntee restorative in a week but I've heal faster when I followed these guidelines. Good luck.

You need to rest it as much as possible contained by order for it to alleviate. You could be okay by next week if you rest it and don't practice next to it until next week, even if it starts to discern better. I would take an antiinflammatory similar to Advil, it will help near the pain and oblige it heal. Good Luck

If it just happen than ice is accurate and in a couple of days you can use grill pads. Try not using it till it get better. A cortisone shot will relieve the pain but they are not devout for a person.you need RICE:
