When you finish drinking after a night (or day) of drinking, would making yourself vomit (followed by brushing your teeth and drinking plenty of sea and maybe intake some fruit) be a good means of access to decrease the severity of or even prevent a hangover (not simply the headache, but also the nausea that often accompany it the following day)?
Is vomiting once or twice a week harmful or is it tolerable?

CNS. forget ruining your teeth.No, but a way to touch better in the morning is to bring in sure you drink a lot of hose down not only while you are drinking, but when you achieve home. It's dehydration that causes the miserable headache, and some of the nausea. Also, nick some B12 before you start drinking and other eat something beforehand as ably.

Vomitting like once or twice a week is a short time ago fine if you are a bulemic. The drinking water notion is good but an even better hypothesis would be to not drink so much... image that?is you start to vomit in purpose this my organize to eating disorder so don't follow this habbit it's really doomed to failure for your health.

I think a better process to prevent a hangover is to drink a glass of wet with 2 aspirin in the past you go to bed. It's never bungled me. I don't think vomiting is apt for your esophegas.No, inducing vomitting will not reduce the severity of a hangover. Taking in extra hose down PRIOR to drinking a large amount of alcohol MAY dull the severity of a hangover, due to the fact that it dilutes your intake.
