Park in the shade and at lowest it will be bearable when you get subsidise in it. That's more or less all you can do...assuming you roll down your window.

you could also try what I did in a pinch sooner or later when I worked in road construction;
1. sizeable cooler that can fit on passenger floor of vehicle
2. filled near ice
3.12volt car aficionado the size of the OPEN CHEST LID (preferably square)
4. set fan higher than OPEN LID area facing up
5. turn on
6. instant swamp cooler.

My reccomdation is to just wear oil lamp clothing and keep the window down. that also saves money and gas. Another article is to put 20 bucks in your hoard each month until you own enough money to replace your AC. it really works!! righteous luck!!
