ok i was on the phone near my cousin in Albany and when we were on the phone he fell down the stairs and his leg get caught in the banister piece and he kept going down the stairs(only like 3 steps) could his leg possibly break? Even if the topple wasent that bad? THANKS

If his leg is swollen tell him to put rime of it, NOT on his skin, due a towel or zip lock purse. Putting Ice on the skin will case frostbite so I enjoy been told and exact the skin to turn red.

If his leg is still swollen or turning I think is purple and he can't meander on it due to sharp stabbing pains, then yes it could be broken.

If I be him I would get it checked out ASAP.

Depending on the angle and speed at which he fell, afterwards yes- it could almost certainly break. It is more plausible, however- as long as he didn't feel/hear it snap- that the bone and muscle where his leg get caught may both be badly bruised.
