I didn't get a really good night sleep yesterday (maybe 5 hours).....so when I got home yesterday I took a extraordinarily long nap for roughly speaking 4 hours

When I woke up I had a massive headache. My headache didn't step away until about in a minute because I took some advil.

I don't understand how sleeping could explanation me to get a headache!
