When my son ws a little guy, he too have eating issues, he lived on pb& j for a month!
You don't say-so how old she is, so here go. I made Nate part of the cooking experience. He help make his food and feel very key. The more he was invovled the more he ate.
I also would sneak juice vitamins into his afternoon milk shake. Good luck.

after individual around my 3.5 yr old niece, it's not natural, is it? i have found that playing games is the best view. or, introduce her to sauces like smallholding dressing or ketchup. my niece is so picky that we need her to guzzle any cals we can. if i want her to eat fruit, i'll put in the picture her to take 3 big bites and next cut up more and say chomp through 4 more big bites and then you can own ______ (whatever it is that she wants). BUT, not until all the big bites are adjectives gone. The ranch sauce be a success next to veggies. Good luck, I know how it can go!

i hold the same prob too thats why i other end up next to him in the call "eating game". SOmetimes i also compare him near other child like Juan have big muscle because he likes to drink this eat that. Avoid giving her some sweets

don't force her tho! i know its not honest when they wont eat but they find hungry eventually, she's just a tot, be patient :) don't stress her out she will return with worse, just trade name mealtimes relaxed, positive and satisfying
