do you mean why does your nose seize runny everytime you cry? i have an answer for that. have you ever wondered wher your tears move about if they dont go down your cheeks? on the inner corner of your eyes there are these holes (one for respectively eye) that absorb the tears and somehow channel them to your muzzle so thats how you get a runny nose when you cry..its mostly tears. hope i help!
