Yellow sponge beneath cut?
I got a dog bite off my 4 month ancient puppy on my finger this morning.. Damn razor puppy teeth.. Its very reflective and a yellow spongy stuff started to pop out, in close to bumps.. What is it? Initially I thought it was some sorta poison or infection or something but it appeared instantly. So I'm thinking its just part of the pack of the skin underneath or fat because its the underside of my finger by the squashy part.
Just curiosity, I may hold to get stitches if it doesnt show healing in a day or two.

Answer: It's fat from underneath the skin.
I would intuitively (From experience) just rub some antiseptic cream on the cut and put a plaster on it. The plaster will absorb any round or poison that may have been located contained by the cut.
I wouldn't bother going to the doctor for it unless you really fell the need.

It is grease under the skin.
You will need to own treatment- perhaps stitches and definitely a tetanus injection!.
Please budge and get it looked at today before infection sets within. Take good care. Fat... Get it looked at.
