the worst part is that i havent been able to step to swim practice becuase it hurts so bad, i want to go but i just dont devise id be able to push off the wall if i can only just walk on my foot.
what should i do?(besides ice it of you even think i should)

Answers: Nothing the doctor wil do for broken toes. I enjoy broken several doing Martial arts. The best thing you can do is ice it like crazy and later tape it up to the toe next to it and ace bandage it and wear a double sock or a slipper on that foot until it heal.
This is what I had to do because I couldn't wear a shoe for awhile. Sometimes they heal up within a few weeks and other times it can be months. I broke my big toe and still 2 years latter I get pains in it if I bend it the wrong way.
I smashed my finger next to a..
Theres not a full lot they can do for a broken toe, besides tape it to the one next to it and put your foot in an "ortho-shoe" which is deeply a big hard ugly oversized shoe to keep you from stubbing it again lolSevere Back throbbing within the morning?
You should budge to a doctor just to make sure. If you really did break your toe, it's better to know earlier on, since it gets infected and everything else.well iv'e broke my toe twice. stubbing it on something. it turned black and blue and i couldn't bend it no matter how concrete i tried. anyway you could go to the doctor and get a x-ray to see how bad u might of broke it but more than imagined it's such a small fracture they would just "buddy tape" it to the neighboring toe for a week or so. it takes a week or to for it to heal.
The toe bones are so small that you would of have to had serious trauma to it for them to have to do surgery on it or something more involved. Taping it is the best bet.
Does anyone know what this torment within..
