If i sleep all light of day will my body go into starvation mode?
I've be sleeping odd hours lately. I go to sleep at 2:30 this morning (Thurs) and slept until about 4:30 this afternoon. I didn't perceive hungry when I woke up and I was wondering if I ate yesterday close to at 8 at night should I be worried that my body will budge into starvation mode?


If I sleep for 9+ hrs I feel as tired as when I own only slept 4 or smaller number. Why? Does my body need the rest?
I feel for a moment like I own a handover. Dull headache, eyes sensitive to neutral, and no energy. Sleeping-in wasn't to entrap up on lost sleep or due to illness or staying up unpunctually. I go to bed at my average time, and because its a week end I don't set my alarm. Any accepted wisdom?
