I just started volleyball practice this week, and its going great...except for the fact that I enjoy so much built up lactic acid, I feel niggle whenever I move. I was just wondering if within was anything like a home-remedy of the sort to serve me feel better.

B12 shot, arm extremely sore and shaky, body doesnt involve b12?
I just got subsidise from the doctors, and she told me my b12 levels was 218, and she said it supposed to be over 400. Anyways, she give me a b12 shot in my upper arm muscle, and it feels really lacklustre, and hurts when I move my arm. How long will this last, and will it do it every time I need a shot, which is every other week. She said that my body doesnt hold b12, what does that mean for me...

Body ache and I capture fatigue and vertigo?
I have had sever agony in my neck and shoulders and stern and legs. My legs feel numb and my feet enjoy like needle agony in them. I have not be able to figure out what is going on. Somedays it is so unpromising I can barely move. I also have be severly tired and suffer fatigue but can't sleep cause the pain is so impossible. I also get verigo. What do my symptoms sound approaching? My husband thinks I have a pinched brass neck, but I am going through test right now to see if it is MS or a slip disc. Any give support to or info is good.

my basketball tryouts are tomoro and i was only practicing and now i notice my legs are a bit sore. how should i treat them so that they are ready for a strenuous 3 daylight tryout? (they're tues. to thurs.) any recommendations to what i should do to fashion them better the whooole week? thanks.

Does anyone know what could possibly be the cause for a below the rib hold sharp pain. It starts below the ribs and go around my back for a time. I would go to the hospital but don't hold insurance and was a short time ago wondering if anyone would possibly know what it could be?

The last month or so ,,,,,,I've been severely tired..Have a hard time getting out of bed... No energy,,,,,,, Even for the fun stuff..! Have continued headache,,,,,Had blood pressure checked...OK! Diabetes checked,,,,,,,OK!,,,,,,,, Sometime swollen ankles... I'm slightly overweight,,,,but exercise daily...... Any help would be appreciated...... By the channel I'm 50
