Body misery.?
I play outdoor hockey, and i try to work out a bit everyday 60 push ups and 60 sit ups, but recently my wrist, hip, support, and shoulder kind of hurt should i stop or i'm i not doing the exercise right?


Body pain that wont budge away?
So here is the details, I HURT all over, its similar to a muscle tightness, yet a bone distress. I do have arthritist but it have never been this desperate! Im stiff and sore, so sore that I can't go to the gym which is pissing me bad! Any way Do you presume its just my arthritist or conceivably something with a gall or slipped disk or something. I dont get it. I own lupus and auto immune disorder which yeah it comes with its ache and pains here and there but hell im really in recent times starting to get silly cuz it wont go away, I am going to the DR friday but only just wanted some planning from other people.. Body pain?
Hello, well 10 min ago I feel some heavy misery in my body... it feel like I be getting stabbed, I couldn't move and when I wanted to appropriate a deep breath it hurts... I'm 15 years weak and I'm about 115... I never have a history (in med.) other then I be shocked by electricity when i was 3 and get very sever burns on my hand... anyone think this is sirus or newly something caused by food (or something close to that)

I'm sick and my lower spine really hurts and I'm very uncomfertable and because of this I'm cranky. What can I do give or take a few this pain? Baths don't lend a hand.

I'm interested getting my eyebrow pierced and a mate of mine has expressed possible interest in getting it down as capably. My mate already has his tounge pierced as does one of my cousins. I hadn't thought around a tounge one until recently when my friend be talking give or take a few it. I'm not 100% sure if I should get the tounge pierced. I enjoy my ear pierced (nothing over the top, just a single ear lobe piercing). I'm not looking for anything over the top or "look at me". The eyebrow one I have been thinking more or less for a while, the tounge one was more recent thought. My question in broad are: -Does it hurt? I know everyone is different, but can you describe how the pain feel eg. like a bee sting etc. -Which type of piercing jewllery is better of the 3 most professional pierces receommend that are not detrimental to use (Silver, Gold or Titanium), not taking money into concideration. -What's the healing time for respectively? -When can you talk (tounge)? -Do you lisp and for how long?

Body problem (leg)?
I think due to lately i hold been doing alot of 'house' and toprock and possibly jumping i can have a feeling occasional pain close my nerve or bone (the ropey approaching thing) at the back of my disappeared knee when i amble. Is it because i didn't warm up adequate? Is it serious? Could Anyone tell me what i can do to net it go away?

Boyfriend has severe "Twitch" when tired, in one piece body violently twitches, help/suggestion.?
I need the warning of some medically trained (or diagnosed patients, etc...) people: I own been dating a guy for in the region of 3 months now, and he have brought up his embarrassment/concern over the fact that he madly twitches (typically just one considerable "twitch" through his whole body). I see/feel him do it while we are lay around watching TV when he gets tired, or right back bed. He is 36 and in excellent condition; he works out at the gym daily and plays competitive sports; I don't "see" any strength problems but this one is a large concern of his (and becoming one for me too). Any thinking? Resources would be so helpful, thank you adjectives .
