Finding a Doctor?
So, my family doesn't have a "familial doctor". And I've never had health insurance until I go to college (and the school's insurance I think only covers for the school's services - hold to check that). I had a pediatrician that I used to occasionally go see, but immediately that I've turned 19, I supposed that's not an option (also, she's located REALLY far away). And so I was looking for a alien physician that I can see regularly, but I have NO idea what to do. Do simple, regular checkups cost alot? Can I... register (? how does that work?) beside a physician without the knowledge/aid of my parent? - I live by myself in an apt away from home. Do I newly open the yellow book and pick a doctor? If you could assistance me out, that would be so nice. >_< I dont know where to start...

I backed into a mirror and fell on it yesterday & it cut the back of my leg where on earth the achilles tendon is. I got a tetnus shot & everything. I hold a $40 co-pay w/ my insurance & I don't really want to pay that again today just so he can look at it & after go back within 10 days & pay it again to have the stitches taken out. I know if I ask him he will probably speak I should come in, but is it really necessary? I know you are more than imagined not going to be doctors answering this question, but you may have have stitches before & might know.

They quit prescribing it for my cyst because they said i have to enjoy it removed before they'll dispense me more pain drug for that. Go to doctor for broken toe?
I broke my big toe a couple days ago. It has be quite bleeding as can be expected, but not unbearable as long as I babe it. Some people contemplate I should go to the doctor, but I dont deem there is any sense to progress. Pretty much the whole top of my toe turned purple and immediately blackish, and the side of my toe and the front half side of my foot are purple more so next I expected. I am a licensed first responder but strangely I dont recall discussion about broken toes. Should I bother shift get it checked out or is it a lavish of time, is there any complications that may arise from not going.
