I have be having alot of problems near anxiety lately- I have other been caring of a nervous personality and had alot of problems near being frantic around people- but now that I've graduate from high conservatory and have the responsibility of working part of the pack time and going to college at the same time my vivacity has become more stressful and I am a moment ago anxious all the time- I'm so key up that I grind my teeth and alot of times I can't sleep- sometimes its so bad my chest get tight and my throat hurts and my chest aches slightly... I can't concentrate on anything, so it is increasingly interfering next to my studying and I have contemplated quiting my career over it- but I like my livelihood although I think a big cog of the anxiety comes from dealing with so various people every day- I work surrounded by a dept. store- well, I don't want to or hold the resources to quit my job... and institution is part of the stress too. for yesteryear 2 years this has be really bad and seem to only be getting worse.

A month ago the side of my right knee go numb after a weekend long backpacking trip. A month later it wasn't better, so I go to the doctor. She said it could take up to 2 months to clear up and not to verbs unless it got worse or changed somehow. Well a week following, my foot is starting to have the response that it is going numb. It is actually from the vastly bottom of my calf muscle all the road to my foot. I have an appointment next to the doctor on tuesday of next week. a moment ago a few days away, but I am wondering if I should not push to be seen by the doctor tomorrow morning. It is not majority for apendages to go numb!

My hand is bloodshed me? am 14 years old and on Monday I be playing with my friend and my right paw collided very knotty several times very complex with my friends knees and knuckle. Today my hand still hurts but worse it hurts when I put away, grasp/grip somthing, push on something,wright, or basically do anything that requires foot function. I am really worried because last darkness I noticed a puzzling symptom close my pinky finger on the hand I can totally distinctly feel my bone similar to it is larger than the one on the other hand. on my other mitt I cant feel that bone but on my injured appendage I can very distinctly quality it and when I push ont hat bone or rub, or delicately brush lughtly I get a burning sensation that get worse the harder you push. In one spot particuarly it is especially painful close by the top of my hand and that chunk has a bruise that covers it i.e. lightish, yellowish. I also have bruises on other parts of my hand but that bruise is the most distinct. Additional Details 2 minutes ago What is wrong because I don't think that near is swelling although that could be what I feel and not bone but I'm not sure could the bone itself be swelling. I'm asking becasue it hurts really bleak you almost cry when you push on that spot because It hurts so bad. It also hurts worse at the bring to a close of the day from prolonged use. The one and only relief I seem to be to occasionally get is holding my paw kind of similar to you would hold an injured wrist but even that hurts because you press on the hurt part. What should I own on it(such as for example:ace bandage) or what. and what can I do. also please tell me what you ponder might be wrong
