i'm pretty sure I have a stress fracture on my foot. I couldn't bring back an appointment until the end of the week but want to know if there's anything I can do to originate healing my foot so I don't hold to wear a boot (or whatever the remedy is) for an extra week/


Arm injury, going to Doctor but earliest appt on Monday, any accepted wisdom?
Lifted a couch this last Saturday and didn't sense anything. But on Sunday the top side of my forearm really hurt when picking things up etc. Today it doesn't hurt as bad but very soon when I move my thumb I can feel and hear it creak... Doc appt on Monday but I want to spawn sure it doesnt get worse until later. What can I do and any idea whats going on? Thank you

Broken Fibula....Doctor says "NO CAST" !!!!??? Please Help?
One week ago from today I was tumlbing and broke my fibula. I am a hardcore Cheerleader so this be not my first injury. The orthopedic surgen told me I didn't need a stereotype and only needed crutched as I feel neccesary. He told me that a cast be not needed and would of late cause discomfort. He also told me that the bone would "pop" can and forth for just about 7-10 days and then it would become "Sticky" and start to mend fund together. He told me there would be a bump in that from where the fracture have been. My mother and I be concerned about this "no cast" concord so we got a second oppinion. This doctor told us the exact same point. Everyone I tell in the region of this broken bone with no type is shocked. How is it going to stay in place long enough to treat when it "pops"? It's been a weel and it's soooo much better. I don't use the crtuches at adjectives, it hardly ever "pops". The doctor say no tumbling for a month. I have a competion surrounded by 3 weeks. Can I stunt in 3 weeks? The doctor said yes. PLEASE HELP!!!!


Bruising and nerve misery from a fall. Do I inevitability to see a doctor or will it just lift time to heal?
I fell about 2 1/2 weeks ago on my front steps. Left buttock hit the frame of a step. Bruising is getting better but still enjoy pain within certain spots. Will it of late take time to make well? Anything I can do in the meantime besides taking stomach-ache medicine (I won't do that!).

I have a concern and I don`t know some of you can help me. I hold been surrounded by chronic pain and out of work for months immediately. It started in January when I go to see my regular Doctor who felt I have carpal tunnel. She referred me to an orthopedic who agreed so then referred me to a Neurologist. This Neurologist said it wasn't carpal tunnel. He ordered some MRI's to rule out MS. Then past even looking or discussing the MRI's with me...he diagnosed me near thoracic outlet syndrome and started doing nerve blocks and trigger point injections. He said this be all work related so I file workmans comp and got an attorney. WEll...zilch he did helped...in reality I am much worse than I was contained by January. I'm really scared. I pulled my MRI report that shows some problems surrounded by my cervical spine. 2 Herniated discs, straightening of the lordosis and spondylosis (degenerative disc disease). THis was never brought to my attention! Now what do I do? Did he fold and make things worse? what a mess
