My doctor is insisting a metal prostesis is necessary for a simple fracture at the elbow?
I had for a moment fall just now and the doctor says i surely must have surgery but my elbow doesn't even hurt at adjectives! is this strange the only backache i had after falling be at the wrist which was sprained but my elbow never hurt nearby was no swelling or bruising. Hes really insistant that i necessitate to have a prostesis put surrounded by, this seems drastic.Cut unseal my arm, cut off cog of the bone, glue this entry in and stitch it up,He must be kid, Is this possible? He's very insistant but i'm am outstandingly logical and i'm not seeing the logic, I obviously am not a doctor but could anyone please give support to me understand how this would be necessaryl!!! oblige!!!

what do i do. i have migraine headache and need intermitent time past its sell-by date from work. my doctor says the company doctor is bugging him and told the company doctor i will be fail-safe in 6 weeks. I hold a chronic condition. i can loose my job because of him crumbling beneath the company doctor. what to do?

i had an mri a couple months ago,and when i go to my doctor to review the results she told me everything looked fine.now after a couple months of twinge,and being kicked around getting no facilitate,i went to carry my mri film so i could budge to another doctor . im not trained to read an mri,but what i saw didnt look good at adjectives.on the side view both the thoractic and lumbar descriptions show a major bulge to be exact causing a huge indent in my spinal rudeness path. the top scenery shows several disks that are bulged out and surrounding the nerves.kind of wrapped around. i spent the afternoon looking at both normal and phenomenal mri images on the web,and mine are far from normal. when compared to the descriptions on the net mine are far from regular. so here i am in moderate to severe spasm and getting no management of the backache. im wondering what type of doctor i should seek? my family circle doctor is surely nuts. any suggestions????


My doctor is switching me from vicodin to oxycodone,please help?
Ive recently have a spinal fusion and in pain alot i be taking 2 10/325 mgs of hydrocodone every 4 to 5 hours for pain but back my surgery in march past i was singular taking 14/1500mgs of vic a day presently up to its present level, i see my pain doctor today and he switched me to oxycodone 40 mg ER one every 12 hours i am very worried nearly this switch is it a high dose to be starting out on and how is this diffrent i know its controlled realese but im still awfully scared and do not want to grasp hurt or be high as i abet my wife rasie our baby boy?? Ive never tried it and upset any help would be overwhelmingly appreciated as i dont want to leave my wife and child at the back or get really sick/addicted

My doctor prescibed me Vicodin for cramp, my other prescribed my Precocet, which is better?
I am having extreme kidney stone affliction and have tried the 500mg Vicodin pills which only made me throw up, but then I tried the Percocet and it worked. I am running out of the Percocet though and if I switch to Vicodin will it own bad effects?

My doctor prescribed Asmanex Twisthaler for laryngitis..I was a little dismayed next to this because the package insert said it was for asthma. I asked the pharmacist and he checked and couldn't find any information for it to be used for laryngitis. Have you ever hear of this? I haven't used it yet because it's a steroid and nothing I can find substantiates the use for laryngitis.
