My knee have been swollen for 2 years i go to a doctor he said it was sprained?
all he did was he feel around it is he right or is there something else wrong near my knee it pass me pain adjectives the time

My left knees pops after I've been sitting or bending it for a while... should I see a doctor?
It's been stirring for a couple of years now. If I'm sitting cross-legged or beside my knees close to my chest, when I stand up and straighten it out to walk, something inside my knees, towards the back of it, pops and is enormously painful for a split second. If I win up and don't straighten it all the opening, but limp for a touch while (usually only a minute or so) it will stretch out (?) and not do that. Is this because my knees is weak, or is in that a problem inside? What types of exercises can I do to strengthen it?

Additional Details 35 minutes ago We live surrounded by a small town no taxis no bus helpppp!! i will get contained by huge trouble if someone takes me 13 minutes ago I have taken the medication the means of access it is directed. My mom will kill me if i call 911
