My health insurance coverage started two weeks ago but I hold not received my ID card. My insurance is slow in sending me my ID card. My doctor appointment was today and the doctor give me grief because I did not have an ID card. My doctor is unfolding me that I should not be scheduling an appointment unless I have an ID card. Can I doctor embargo to see me unless I have insurance? The department manager is aphorism that too many society are deliquent in their bills and they are not likely to take this risk. Can someone beside health insurance culture or doctor office government experience help me next to this. Thank you!

About 1 or 2 years ago I had this extreme torment where my appendix is. It be like someone be stabbing me there. It be so bad I could hardly move a muscle or cough/laugh because it would make it worst. It last for about 10 minutes and later it completely went away and I be fine. Now just an hour ago I have the same aching feeling but it wasnt as desperate as it was 1-2 years ago. The headache this time lasted almost 10 minutes also and now im completely fine I can touch no pain nearby at all. I be wondering if appendicitis pain lone last 10 minutes and seldom happens? I own read that if you dont see a doctor the appendix could burst and it could release toxins and be fatal... but I am fine and I dont even touch like im dying or anything lol.. I dont really want to see a doctor because the discomfort that I just lately had today wasnt that impossible as before... could it of late be a muscle pain? Because it be similar to the "side aches" that people acquire after they run for a long time and get tired.

I asked my Chiropracters Secretary today for my oringinal Xray to take next to me to the NeuroSurgeon on Friday. She told me that they dont give out the Xrays, that they would hand over me the reports...can they refuse to provide it me?

And how can I get more info on his coaching, any misconduct, skills, training,,complaints, etc? He is in Plattsburgh NY, a Urologist.. On the NYS Professions webiste, all it say is his profession is Medicine, but he is a Urologist, so I don't understand? Also it states he go to Ohio Medical College, is this a good medical college?It have no mention of Urology on here, and I rather not hold someone like this work on me, if he is not angelic.
