Alberta Health care?
I've moved to Alberta in november 2006, but i single managed to apply for Alberta robustness plan in april 2007. They made me compensate for 3 month back: January, feb, march past? Is this right?


American Healthcare Problem
You know I was thinking. The insurance companies are largely worried about preserving their financial gain. How come doctors are never blamed? I recently went to acquire something out of my eye, it was a paint particle from the ceiling. My eye be hurting for 1 week. I tried flushing it out and it didn't work (weird). The doctor took it out after 1 hour of explaining to him that there was indeed something contained by my eye. Lucky enough for him, as I was moving my eye, the bit moved towards the iris and he quickly took it away. The ending is great, my eye is adjectives better..but he asked my insurance for 350 dollars. Doesn't anybody see anything wrong with that?


Can a health protection provider force a patient into a nursing home?
My father is elderly and this year has be suffering through multiple small strokes. Each one takes more and more of his motor skills away. Simply standing up is greatly of work and requires assistance now. Mom is near 24 hours a day and us fully fledged children are splitting shifts there to backing out. We are certain he doesn't hold a lot of time disappeared and none of us want him to go into a home. Although difficult and sometimes stressful, we discern we can handle the responsibility. Now, closing night Dad suffered another stroke. This time it appears he be getting out of his recliner late at hours of darkness and when the stroke happened he fell. This instantly alerted us and we be able to assist, but the doctors appear concerned that his falling may be a sign that we need him contained by an care facility. In the train, whose decision is it? Can the doctor force him into a meticulousness facility or does the family enjoy the ultimate power to clear that decision?

Can you convince me to support Universal Health Care?
I sit next to this guy at work who is 25 years elder than me, smokes, has asthma, is 50 IBS overweight. In reality, he is in such poor vigour he will be lucky to make it through the fiscal year. Yet we still discharge the same amount respectively month for employer covered health safekeeping. I think the origin that health thinking is so expensive is that the people making fruitless decisions (i.e. the butter guy that sits next to me) don't own have to salary for their bad decision. Wouldn't universal healthcare in recent times be this on a massive scale? Also, the really poor culture get medicaid and don't clear their bills anyway, so what is the difference?

How roughly a 'for profit' police dept. ? That sounds real cool ! Would criminals be competent buy their way out of trouble? Or would the criminals prey on folks not current will the police bill? Or would 'for profit' condition care connote that your family applicant will die on the floor of a modern hospital because of a funding issue?

My insurance kicks within on Friday (2/1/08) but I found out last week that I'm pregnant. Will United cover my doctor's bills or will they claim pre-existing condition and deny coverage?


Doesn't United Healthcare cover newborns for the first 30 days?
They have payed some of my son's bills but denied his hospital bill because they daylight that they have up to date paperwork stating he has different insurance. He does very soon but didn't until about 3 weeks after he be born. Shouldn't this be covered also?? Of course their customer service isn't open on the weekends. Go digit.

What "right' shall we progress after after we get 'free' strength care? Food. You can't live lacking food. You will die without it. Using duplicate logic, the should food be a right? Universal groceries! Shelter. Same as above. especially in cold climates. you'd die in need shelter. "we live in the richest nation on planet! a free McMansion for every American!" Education. is it fair that rich kids hold laptop computers to do their homework on while YOUR kid has to do his homework at the library? I utter no! MICHAEL DELL! FORK THEM OVER!
