In England, Canada, etc., what happen if a doctor refuses to see rule patients? Does he lose his license? Or are doctors forced to work for the national health system, as governing body employees? If a long-suffering could afford to pay the fees of a private doctor, I'm wondering if at hand would be any in private practice and hence whether the patient would own that choice. I'm 26 years old and I hold Blue Cross Blue Shield in North Carolina. My condition is probably okay but I want some tests done to be certainly sure. Unfortunately my rates are going up and my deductible is going back to $0 (I think) this January. At the bright price it'll cost nearly a third of my income each month. The principle I got insurance be to get a few things checked out and possibly start allergy shots (my seasonal allergies seize pretty bad) yet due to the deductible I couldn't and can't return with those things done. I really need my money for other bills but my vigour is important to me. Should I withdraw my insurance and if I do are there any penalty? Thank you.
