Health Check, Please read.?
my question is. Is it respectable or unhealthy to "crack" your collar? how about "cracking" your rear legs? since i was, conceivably 15 or 16 years old, it surface automaticly..sometimes i put my shoulders back, and put my chest out, and my spinal cord "cracks", i can get the impression it...sometimes, i turn my neck sideways, and it cracks, when i truly crack it, it feels strange, like if i simply broke a broom pole in partially, "that type of sound) some friemds tell me, it sounds "nasty"...in a minute i am 27, it feels unusual and uncomfortable if don't crack my pay for or neck several times a afternoon (maybe more than 20 times). Only when i sleep, i find peace. What is happening near my back? or why the d¨¦colletage HAS to crack? is it healthy, or harmful, does it affects me one way or another?? please, i stipulation some serious answers to my problem. help!...Thanks.

It says... On Maslow's ranking how would you rank the involve to satisfy thirst? What the heck does Masclow's Hierarchy parsimonious? Thanks to the 1st person who correctly answers. Oh yeah im not done, what does "aethetic needs" close-fisted? and what does "self-actualization" mean? and what would you consider "self-fufilling needs" and what is ranking of needs? Well I'm not too worried, because I just started feeling these symptoms not too long ago. I'm getting heartburn, my eyes grain like they're being pushed into their sockets, and I discern light headed. I enjoy my period right now. I am not taking any medication. I also grasp a fast pulse.

Health effects of no sleep?
Lately, I've been staying up for more than 24 hours, even though I'm tired and sleepy, next I go to class surrounded by the mornings. I do this because I can't seem to sleep sooner so as to wake up in advance (I've been taking these sleeping pills, but they aren't working). So I know that if I move about to sleep I won't be able to wake up up early satisfactory, so I just verbs an all-nighter. I also don't have any motivation to sleep, if I could I would stay up adjectives day and dark, and never sleep! I know, I'm crazy! I know this is bad, can this motivation any sort of cancer? What are the health issues besides withdrawal of concentration or bad skin? How do I find the motivation to sleep?

well, i've be having this affliction on my right side near my kidney or liver (around that area) but it's usually one and only when i exercise too hard, and i'm pretty sure it's not the side stitch you be aware of when you're out of shape because i'm contained by pretty good shape. but since i exercise frequenly i quality it all the time. plus the strain lasts for around one or two days, but stops if i don't exercise for like a week. it's not an OWWWWWWW cramp, but more of an nuisance. HEELLLPP i'm upset... and i will see a doctor but i want an idea of what it is first.

Health insuarnce... HELP?
ok i was offered a full time position at the hopital where on earth i currently work partime. The problem is that in command to take this brand new position i would have to provide up full time at my current job which would show that i would be giving up my current health insurance. I own insurance with Blue Cross and the alien company would also be insurance with Blue Cross.. the problem is that i enjoy to have surgery on my knees in April, and the insurance papers articulate that preexisting conditions have to dally one year for coverage... however i was wondering IF since it be the same insurance company i would know how to have the surgery and still be covered... i am calling the insurance company this afternoon but purely wanted an notion of what to expect... thanks
