I twisted my knee on November 7, 2006. It feel better a week later but the niggle came backbone all over again. I haven't be able to return with rid of the pain. What should I do? And I touch like I've forgotten how to use my injured knees. I do everything with my other one.

I hurt my rotator cuff doing shoulder exercises something like 6 weeks ago or so. It got a bit sore after i was doing an exercise that i probably shouldnt hold been doing(behind the backbone cable side laterals). I lifted near it for 2 to 3 weeks after and it was fine, but on one of my chest days, i be feeling severely week and tired but i still bench pressed pretty heavy that hours of daylight (275 x 6 reps, 285 x 4 reps, 295 x 2 reps) and did dumbell flyes, which always put alot of stress on my shoulders. After that i feel like i pulled something in my rotator cuff and its hurt to hold up my arms and heave stuff with it. Its convalescing and i plan on laying sour lifting or using my shoulders in any workouts for another 4 to 5 weeks. My question is, what should i do when my shoulder heal? What kind of exercises should i do to strengthen my rotator cuffs so i can achieve over this injury so it never returns? what kind of reps. Probably a accurate question for a physical consultant..
