I've got a fractured Fifth Metatarsal, what can I do? How can I comfort the bone heal?
Hi everyone, Monday night I be playing football, and my cleat got caught within the turf, and well I fractured my fifth metatarsal, which I found out when I go to the ER the next morning (I originally didn't devise it was fractured). Anyway, I progress back to see the orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday, but I'm getting restless. At the ER they solely put a splint/wrap on my foot all the process up to almost my knee. I can already step on it lightly near little pain, and powerfully I was wondering what I can do. I am interested in biking, but be wondering if that would put too much stress on it. The other thing I be curious about is what form of foods/ supplements help promote bone growth? (I go to GNC and got Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D pills) Any back with this would be appreciated. Lapse in strength insurance w/ pre-exisiting conditions?
I am going to wind up anyone on state assistance for 6 months or more because my parents are retiring and I wont have vigour insurance until I get my own charge teaching (which wont be until Sept 08). I enjoy pre existing conditions...does that mean that I wont be covered lower than my new insurance when I seize it? Am I completely screwed if I go on medicare/medicaid?

Hello every one! I am a fifteen year old boy. For times past 4 days I have have lower belly pains (feels like muscle soreness) and also, I appear to have a awareness similar to muscle soreness in my abdominal regions. I could not be mistaking this for appendicitis could I? The idea I think it is muscle soreness, is because I enjoy had it for over four days ever since I enjoy started lifting and playing with a pouring super ball (it is 3.5 foot foot in diameter).

I've been constipated for a little while presently & I feel like what are menstrual cramps instead of the constipation cramps & lately when I shift to the restroom, I've noticed that there is a bit bit of blood in my urine? I've been taking fiber supplements & I'm not due for my length until August 23, but could this be due to the constipation or is it an early onset of my length? Thanks for the help. PS-20 yrs old, not sexually moving & not on birth control.


Mental Health - Does anyone have an answer for this?
I recently lost my dad roughly a month ago. Right in the first week, I have a panic attack. I also have pain contained by the lower back. After that I consistency pain contained by my fingers, toes, and the lower back. The affliction in the lower wager on stretches all over the spine and whenever I am tensed, I could quality the pain surrounded by my toes or fingers. I feel really unusual. When I go workout, I sometimes grain dizzy. I also feel resembling I am about to own eye-sight. I was merely perfectly fine a month ago. Right after my dad passed away, I started to obverse difficulties. It's really hard for me to forget my dad but I want to get an inference as to what's really going on. I have not long got my blood theory test and MRI of my brain. Both seem to enjoy positive results. I just wonder what's the other point I should worry around. I can't calm myself down. I stir to school full-time and I am 21(young). I consistency like I own something crazy going on. Please help me!
