Opting not to use health insurance card?
My friend is 22 and she is still covered lower than her dad's health insurance. However, she plans to pop in a clinic for women's health next to a personal problem she does not want her family to find out something like. It is a clinic that helps lower income society (although anyone may go.) All she'd enjoy to do is show proof of income (she has a job) and the clinic will establish what percent she pays. Is it legally suitable for her to choose to not have the pop in covered by the available insurance, but instead to pay within cash, since she wishes the matter to be kept private from her nearest and dearest?

Please Help Someone, Major Health Concern!
Here's my problem... I have a mole on my back that seem bigger than it use to be, and a little harder and more raised...so fluently, I'm worried. So I call 10 dermatologists in the nouns to see who can see me first, and the earliest ANY of them can see me, is 7 WEEKS from now. That's unacceptable...i own something that COULD be cancerous on my back, and if that 7 weeks is the difference between it growing below my skin, it could be life or release. How can I get around the long waiting process to see a dermatologist who can quickly determine if I stipulation a biopsy on it or not? Please I need this thing looked at swift.
