Can't Decide...Nursing School or Sonography School?
I've been permitted into both programs for this upcoming fall, and enjoy about a week previously I need to breed a decision on which one to pursue. Any suggestions? I've hear lots of negative things roughly nursing lately and it's been highly discouraging. What should I do?

I am the main aid taker of my elderly mother. Lately she has be not sleeping at night, after sleeping or napping all daytime. This is becoming a habit because, try as I might, I in recent times cant get her to stay awake within the day time. Any suggestions? How do they promise with this within homes for the elderly?

I enjoy a parent in a nursing home and I'd similar to to use FMLA one day a week indefinitlely for as long as she is here. Do I need to hold her nursing home doctor make specific recommendation about taking sometime off a week? Does he have need of to specify anything about her medical condition? Doesn't the certainty that she's in a nursing home indicate the seriousness of her condition? My notion is to spend more time with her- 3 consecutive days sour would be very functional. I work over 2000 hours yearly so 48 days/year is workable with FMLA. In California, we immediately have Paid Leave which uses our SDI coverage so I acquire paid for most of these depart hours. I'm currently a nursing assistant at a Hospital. I like my post but I notice I to some extent go into Nursing. I live in Detroit nouns, Mi and like some support on what would you do? I have a pasion within helping people and enjoy alot of people read aloud I would be a great nurse one day. My boyfriend otherwise thinks its a waist of my time. He wishes me to take one class at a time. Its not resembling I don't already have medial gobbledygook and medical experience. I realy like to progress back to academy and work at the same time if I could, but taking a course in nursing seem full time.

I am currently interested in enrolling on a nursing course within the uk. I am wondering however what course i would need to enroll on to do this? I currently hold 3 GCSE's at a C grade for Biology, Physics and Chemistry respectively I also hold an A contained by IT and maths and 2 B's in English Lit and Lang I am wondering if these qualifications alone would allow me to enrol on a nursing course or would i require more? I also hold 2 more GCSE's at a C status and a final one at a D. Would these grades alone allow me onto a course or would it require higher learning? (I may also be obtain 2 AS Levels in English Literature and Psychology - if unsuccessful with simply my GCSE's would this be enough?) thank you

But from what I hear L&D nurses label about $25 an hour and RN's take home $35 an hour. Why wouldn't you make more if you specialize?
