Best treatment for shinsplints?
I run distance on track. I've had shinsplints for about a month and a partially now. :( They've slowly been improving, but the pain still persists...because of the shinsplints, I've solely been able to run around a 3:05-3:10 for my leg of the 4x800 meter relay.I rime them every day after track, and do stretch/warm-up a lot. I've also developed headache in the front of my ankles...and both the shinsplints and ankle pain are especially desperate in my left leg. I want to achieve rid of them as soon as I can so that I can be back to normal. Thanks! :)

hubby has have a trapped nerve surrounded by his back twice beside the second time being so painfull as it go into his groin. his back have been fine for months but today he have aching resembling he had since he was contained by alot of pain, it is not desperate at the mo but worry that it might travel like concluding time again! have rubbed glucosamine rub into it and cold pack applied. any ther design? thanks :-))

I accidentally burnt my arm on the stove a few days ago. The burn be flat then. Since, it have turned soft and developed some yellow pus. I enjoy been splashing some hydrogen peroxide on it. Should I shift to the doc's? What treatment options are at hand (both home and doctors)? Thanks!

I just started physical psychiatric therapy for myofasical dysfunction and occipital nerve tinnitus and whenever I use the rime packs or do the recommended stretches, I go and get so nauseous that I can scarcely function. Is this normal or should I be calling my PT to find out what the heck is going on?

My physician is always hurrying to subsequent patients and never has time to listen to me which make me really uncomfortable. But her PA will listen and spend satisfactory time with me and this PA seem to be knowledgeable as all right.
