Can you sue for this? Unfair treatment at work?
I was hurt at work. Went on workman's Comp, have 2 months off. My charge wasn't able to come upon the weight restriction on my dr. decree. Wrist still not fully healed, solely was better because of steroid shot, on the other hand they tried to get me to come contained by and were silly at me because I didn't when it was at its worse. They started to fail to acknowledge my calls once I be better not letting me come back to work, tried axiom I never called them but phone records would show they of late ignored me. First morning back at work I have to do a special route for my company not during work hours and told I would be paid for it, and never be paid for it on that weeks check. I preserve hearing workers aphorism they wanted to achieve rid of me and should have but can't because it be a work injury. Wrist still hurts and I am afraid to ask for more time off because the steroid "quartizone" shot does eventually wear sour and I still have discouraging pains that are hard to work next to. They also canceled my workman's comp check early, assuming i be better.

Chronic Pain Treatment?
I have chronic h/a. I never budge to the e.r. unless I just cannot touch the pain. It have to be really unbearable. The staff treats me as if I am trying to shift for the drugs. They have no compassion. It is approaching I have to hold a protruding broken limb ot severe bleeding.. They will not look at my previous journal. They also said the e.r. doesnot treat chronic pain. I hold even had one doctor come into the room and told me that she have forgotten that I was nearby. My pain is solid, Why do they treat me as such? I have a headache management physicianHe told me to jump to the e.r. I hate to move about to the e.r. That created my headache to worsen. This is a small community hospital that claims to be there and do admin pain. Is here any way that I can overcome the personal insulting that results from my strain treatment.Why do they have to be so noncaring. I hold reported this but they donot take my disease seriously. I hold even felt approaching I cannot take the torment anymore.If you suffer chronic pain, I am sorry?


Concerning the Veteran"s Hospitals treatment ,,,,,, this is a long question?
In the Tiucsan medical facility in Arizona, i sought treatment for a broken metarsal bone,which have been broken at smallest ten years, i was examined and asked for them to correct the break, what they told me be,"it had already heal, they did not want to operate,and wanted me to wear supportive inserts and other to support the foot, this i be not satisfied beside,,,,,in time i go to nyc, and consulted the va hosp in Kingsbridge on Kingsbridge rd in the Bronx where on earth i was told like peas in a pod things by the head of Poditry depts, i be not satisfied, near their recommendations,,,, i sought minister to elsewhere a private podiatrist,, who recommended another podatrist as a result, surgery was preformed,successfully, and my foot is on the mend i am content and greatful, question immediately, can i sue the va adminstration or doctors who would not utilize surgical methods to bring desired results. the va hosps have be great to me on prior occassions


Concussion treatment?
I've read a lot of proposal on Answers concerning conucussions. Last night I get punched and kicked in the person in charge a few times. The person attacking me be very small and undersized. Today I feel for a while dazed and lightheaded, and when i move my head around it makes me get the impression slightly dizzier. A lot of people on general-health-care.com vote that one should go to the emergency room straight away. Can I just see my regular doctor? If I do hold a concussion or confusion, how will I be treated? How do doctors usually deal near this? My understanding is that I should a short time ago refrain from sports and perilous activity. Please be complex with respones, adjectives advice is GREATLY appreciated.

Deep second or third degree burn treatment?
I have a small burn (about the size of a cigarette :) on my arm. It doesn't hurn at all and is brown, although the surrounding nouns is red, so i assume it is a deep second or third point burn. It is very small and not throbbing. It happened roughly five days ago. Do i need to step see a doctor or is it small enough that it will restore to health up on its own? Does a herniated disc necessarily need medical treatment?
A few years ago I had severe sciatica and MRIs showed that I have bulges or tears in a couple of lumbar discs. A couple of days ago, I be doing a forward stretch in yoga and since then I've have some pain, but solitary when I get up from a seated position and at faultless movements. The pain is exceptionally mild and I have not feel the need for medication or enjoy not curtailed my activities, except for not doing adjectives the exercises I usually do. But I am getting pins and needles (paresthesia) on the bottom of one foot, which probably indicates sciatic nerve involvement. However, when I have sciatica in days gone by, I had severe pains in my leg. I own no pain near now. I am not insured right in a minute and want to know if I can just rest and the herniated disc will alleviate or if I must have medical charge if the symptoms do not worsen. (I do understand that cauda equina syndrome symptoms are a medcal emergency.) Can I receive away with not seein a doctor? Should I stop exercising and stretching?

i suffered a lis frac sprain while playin football during the last week of august. the doctor that i visit advised me to gain surgery within a few weeks, but instead i stayed stale of it for 4 weeks then get it braced up and returned to play. a few weeks sfter my return i saw another doctor who recognized the lis franc but said that no surgery be necessary. it have been a while though and my foot still hurts. i justed required to know if anyone noes any informationabout the treatment of a lis franc a few months after it happened. appreciation
