Don't want to peel! Sunburn treatment question...?
I should have certain better but I went tubing on Saturday and really burned my legs (despite sunscreen!). I enjoy been covering myself in aloe vera every hour or so, but want to prevent crumbling... Any tips on this? I can stand the pain but in recent times don't want to peel! Thanks. (BTW- it be worth it, Rio Frio is a blast!)


Ear Fungus? Treatment?
My husband has red interested sore which has black around it and is draining fluid in the crease losing his ear. Could this be a fungus such as yeast? He has have this many years ago. Any Home Remedies?


Effective treatment for shin splints?
I started 2-a-days last week and about the third sunshine into it I started having sharp pains just below my knees...I had a scrimmage Saturday morning so that gave me going on for 36 hours of rest. Then today during warmups it was agitated again. I was told rest is the best entity for it, but I can't take a break... is there anything that I can do that will give support to prevent it from getting any worse?

a friend of ours, Indian woman in late fifties, have multiple foot fractures two years ago, was toothless in classify for 2-3 months, and has since suffered leg cramps at same time rash morning (4-4:30am), for 2-3 minutes, for last two years, destroying her sleep for the rest of the morning, and forcing precipitate nights. Cramps presently may be spreading to right leg and thighs. Her otherwise highly proficient doctor have declared her condition a mystery, originally prescribing quinine (discontinued due to side effects), now dietary supplement (C-Q 10) which help but only a bit. Ring any bells? Any NET sites, or forums, that volunteer diagnostics for such "mystery conditions"?


Fast treatment? what did i do?
my right arm (between the elbow and the sholder)has a sore spot towards the back. it hurts to punch or try to move arm! And i HAVE to run to Karate in 25 minutes! any philosophy to what it might be and what i can do to make it stop or atlease not hurt as much? I enjoy not changed any dailt activitys i walked the dogs at the humane society and one be a tough walker. could that of done it? what sould i do to help the pain alittle. no medication because i hold none and i dont have time to be in motion to the store.And i dont want to be drowse when i workout! .....And ideas??

The reporter said that this first responder may have save the woman from having unpromising scars on her obverse. What did the first responder use to treat that woman?

about a week ago i unsuccessfully rolled my ankle and had to stir to the doctor, the dr said luckily i did not snap my meditarsal so he told me to take advil for the rest of the week, and rime it. I still continued doing my offseason training at school and it still hurts when we do our workouts, what should i do?

Has anyone ever heard of a Vagal Nerve Stimulator or own one, it is used for Treatment Resistant Depression.?
I have depression that have not responded to many anti-depressants, it involes a small pacemaker-like appliance surgically placed in the vanished chest and a wire is placed around the Vagal gall and runs up into the brain. It gives small impulse to the brain to produce the chemicals that are either missing from the brain or are not responding. It does not produce any drug into the body. This isnot like electric shock treatments, which I hold had,never again. I hold had simply about every treatment for depression and this have been FDA approved to alleviate TRD. I am at the expire of the rope and this seems similar to it will give me a competence of life stern. My insurance has denied this much needed treatment, does anyone own any ideas to help out get the denial overturned? I am exceptionally serious and would appreciate only concerned encouraging help. If you give attention to this barbaric or funny , I don't. It beats thinking roughly suicide. Thank you very much.


Has anyone ever injured their knuckles? by hittin something? whats the best treatment for these injuries?
see ive damaged the nerves contained by my knuckles on my right hand. i hit a solid structure a couple of years ago, and since next, when i apply pressure to that knuckle region, i feel sharp shoooting pains. but the appendage specialist told me last week that zilch could be done and id hold to be carefull with it. but i get told on here that it could get treated by bein operate on with surgery..? what does anyone deduce?

HEAT OR ICE Treatment for shin splint?
I not sure if its a shin splint. But theres a pain on the side of my shin when i run. What type of treatment should i use? HEat or Ice? I read that rime is for right before and after running. I have the shin splint for a week, and i keep running on it anyways (i know its bad). But would bake or ice be more appropriate if i can't apply right after. I usually run at 3 after conservatory. I don't have time for treatment until 8-10 at hours of darkness.


Heel spur treatment?
On my right foot, below my ankle, on my heel, but not on the bottom of my foot is a dull pain that make it hurt to walk, especially surrounded by the morning. I'm assuming it's a heel spur. What can I do without have to go to the doctor?


help identify knee aching cause/treatment?
I have be currently experiencing knee tightness and aching, but cannot seem to pinpoint exactly where on earth - to identify what it could be, as it is not always within the same place. The tightness increases after/during exercise, whilst my knees is bent, and performing quad stretches. i feel torment and tightness in both knees, - sometimes beneath (not behind) the patella (where the patella ligament originates); and after both lateral and medial to the patella but more often lateral. Is this a symptom of muscular inequity - would i need to increase strength in my vastus medialis/lateralis. Or would this be more so an overuse injury? I am relatively fit, my cardio is done primarily on the cross trainer - could this be a causative factor? ...cross trainers are supposed to own the least impact on joint, but could an overuse injury still have derived from this?.... anything i can do b4 goin and seeing a physio?

Herniated disc pain, beside some nerve compression,any nouns, treatment that's effective lacking pain meds?
after a car fluke I had 4 herniated discs. I suffer severe headache on the temperal lobes and at the occipital ridge. Neck has restricted rom with pain/pinching after repeated movements. occassionally i experience pain/numbness/tingling/weaknes... in the disappeared arm that radiates to the thumb and index finger. The nouns between the shoulder blades feels similar to buring pain and sometimes cause spasms of the Lats. I am exhausted can't sleep in any position minus taking prescription meds and the next daytime feel faint, groggy, easily irritated. I can't do what I enjoy in days gone by and I can't rely on others to do things for me, its frustrating.Have you hade similar problems? What do you do to treat this without medication?I'm tired of being within pain every hour of every afternoon. I need some long residence relief.please.

So, we have a 93 yr old womanly come in next to a femur fracture (broke right in half), no traction splint be applied, and she wasn't c/o any pain. They took her upstairs to come clean and I missed the rest!!!! What is going to be the treatment for this lady? Please relieve...
