I have be diagnosed with unsafe the ligaments in my disappeared foot, what treatment and excercises should I do?
Friday night I slipped down a step and land awkwardly on my left foot. After a trip to A&E I be told I had possibly broken my 4th metatarsal bone and would have need of to go support for a review in two days time. Anyway I go back have another x-ray and have be told its not broken but I have dilapidated the ligaments that go along my foot. I be given a crutch and told it will hurt for two weeks and be better after two months and that was it! What I want to know is.. how can I speed up repossession? How long will I need the crutch for? What excercises can I do and when? and most importantly when can I attempt to drive again!

I have foot strain from running in a 5k race. Has anyone have the same symptoms and if so what is the treatment?
I have be running for one year consistently (with no pain). I am 25 yrs old (190 lbs). Three weeks ago I run in a 5k see. In the 5k, I ran average until the end of the see. At the end I sprinted as hasty as I could for 1/4 of a mile. Once the race be over I felt appropriate with no affliction. At home, I took my shoes off, took 10 steps and begin to feel strain only contained by my right foot (on the back outside not on the ball) every step I took. I thought I pulled a muscle and didn’t feel much about it. After limping two weeks and taking an entire bottle of ibuprofen, I begin to feel better and be able to amble without a flaccid and not noticeable stomach-ache. After the two weeks I also played some tennis and with just any pain. Today (3 weeks later) I approved to run again (2 miles). Halfway through the run (1 mile) I felt the backache again. My foot again is very tender. Do I involve new shoes? Is this Plantar Fasciitis. What around flat feet? Should I see a doctor? Will it ever run away? Please help.

Saturday was the first daylight in a long time I hold had stressful physical stir. I climbed nearly 50 flights of stairs to the top of a bird-watching tower, then paddle-boated on the sea for a 1/2 hour. Now both of my knees are killing me everytime I jump up stairs. There is no swelling, redness, no physical signs. I am walking beside a limp, and I own been going up stairs really slowly because of the pain. I enjoy never had a history of vertebrae, foot or knee problems. My livelihood requires me to sit at a desk. I generally save my feet planted on the floor, so keeping stale my feet isn't a problem. I'm afraid I own stressed my knees or something tore. Any suggestions?

I went to A&E beside an eye injury on tuesday. the doctor i saw gave me the wrong treatment,who do i complain to
i had an nouns,but thanks to him giving me no salve i had to turn back today. the doctor i saw today told me i should never hold been given eye drops,i should own been given eye gel instead. due to the first doctor giving me the wrong medication i now own an infection in my eye and the pain is horrid. who do i complain to in the order of this obvious neglegence from this doctor. i own had so much trouble beside this hospital,as when i had my newborn last year by c-section i caught MRSA from the surgical staff. this hospital is disgustingly dirty. in my room nearby was blood on the curtains and they never changed my bedding in the 3 days i be in in that,even though they were covered within blood. i had a tube drain in my wound as i be also sterilised at the same time as have my baby. when they removed this tube the midwife later left it contained by the sink in my room for most of the day. what the hell is occurring to our hospitals?? they are in my experiances,becoming a harmful place to be!
