I went doctors today and she gave me treatment for worms (no testing) but it's individual one tablet I have to take and if I've still get symptoms in 2 weeks I have to pinch another one. Will this work? Also is there anything else that will help?

my brother jogs a lot lately surrounded by preparation for his training in a military school. lately his knees experiences pain, the doctor said it could be tendonitis. He has be undergoing medication for 1 week but the pain wont come rotten. what should we do about this? theres only smaller number tan 2 weeks before the training begin. please advice


Knee Injury and treatment ?
After using the bike and leg press (weight machine) yesterday at the gym, I noticed my right knees felt alittle sore. This morning when I woke up it be slightly swollen, had a dull smarting and just feel..well..funny when I bend it or put pressure on it. Anyone enjoy a similair experience and know what it is? Advice on how to care for it? Lastly, should I maintain working out on it or take a break till it feel better? Thanks!

If you have to hold eye tests every two years and its possible for deterioration within that time, would it mean laser treatment every two years or so. Thought of have treatment but to be honest a little panicky and wont commit.


Lasik treatment for short sight right eye in a minute weak and sore have to now wear contact lense to right eye?
I had laser correction at 40 for my weakest right eye and afterwards left eye done i year after that (i was a coward to go and get both done at same time!) Now good result near original right eye mortal done but when left eye treated right eye powerless and now right eye have reading -1.25 (though comfort -0.75 for contact lense which i am now have to wear). left eye fine, but find right eye get very dry/sore even near drops would re-correction to right eye cure this. Also I am considering having upper eye heave should this be done before or after verbs re-corrected? I have tried moisturiser, drops, golden eye drops, optrex tired eyes?


Lateral Meniscus Tear Treatment?
I have throbbing on the right side of my right knee. My father, an RN/ MSN,said it be a lateral meniscus tear. It have been gone untreated for several months with hope that it would restore to health on its own,but the pain is solitary getting worse. I hear a popping noise when I run or get hold of down on my knee. Is within any way to make well this without surgery? What does surgery involve and what is the cost?


Lazer Eye Treatment reassurance!?
No horrible replies please! I had lazer eye treatment on Friday 29 Dec and am still powerless to see properly. Can anyone give me reassurance that it will seize better and if you have have it, how long it took to see better. They told me 50% can see clearer within hours & 50% in days.


Limited movement and pain contained by left arm any non-prescription treatment available?
I have have pain surrounded by my left shoulder and an MRI be done with the results stating "Mild hypertrophic degenerative change at the AC joint stratum with mild bony rotator cuff impingement." In laymens lingo, I have be told it is arthritis. Is this correct? Is there any over the counter meds for this as I am concerned around taking any type of steroid. Any information would be appreciated. The doctor is prescribing a steroid

Massage therapy session for collar?
I'm starting to look into massage psychiatric therapy for a stiff neck. I pulled a nouns muscle about a month ago, and the muscle seem to be healing, but because I didn't start array of motion movements soon enough, my collar became impressively stiff, and often throbbing to move. I was wondering how much one typical session would cost, and how normally I should go. I know that it will adjectives depend on the therapist and what he/she suggests, but I'm a short time ago looking for ballpark figures here so I know what to expect. Also, I haven't be to see a doctor about it since the pulled nouns muscle originally happened. I granted the copay wasn't worth hearing, "you enjoy a stiff neck, see a chiropractor." Would the consultant first suggest getting an MRI or anything to make sure that nought is seriouslly wrong with any bones? I don't dream up that is the travel case, but I'm new to this undamaged thing. Thank you!

My wife suffers from persistent migraines. I suggest, almost daily, frequent emergency room visit, the worst. Over the last 15 years she's tried amost everything the neurology profession could assume of, with no relieve. MRI say my put money on have a bulging disk laterally on the not here at L5-S1, How come they didn't recommend treatment?
Off and on for 2 years now I enjoy been getting pains within the bottom/left part of my put money on for a couple weeks at a time and then it go away and stays away for more than a couple of months. This time when it came pay for it has be constant since the beginning of december. It be everyday for the first couple of weeks and now it merely comes off and on depending on the hours of daylight (and possibly the weather??). When the pain is in that, driving makes it increasing worse. Sitting is much more uncomfortable than walking or laying. I get an MRI done and it said I have a bulging disk laterally on the departed at L5-S1. They make this out to be a "not really throbbing thing". they are WRONG. They tell me to bring motrin when it hurts, but that dosent work so i tried percacets and that barley helps. Once I have to call out of work.. due to the affliction I couldnt even walk. They won't make available me a perscription nor recommend any treatment other than pay for exercises. Are they correct in disappearing this alone? In a TON of pain here!

I fractured my tibial plateau 3 months ago and still have agony when examined but not so much other times. The doctorr says it act like a torn menisicus although the MRI be negative for that. He required to give me a cortisone shot but I don't reckon I need it if he'll quit pushing on that one spot! That metal eliminate the chemicals that give the smoker the urge for nicotine. A patient have to go only for 6 days and for 30 minutes. And adjectives is done.
