Does anyone know of a good site almost the laws of workers comp contained by CA? I Have a friend that was fired while he be injured from his job. And he have been getting the shaft to articulate the least for 3yrs going on 4 very soon. His Att- Says they cant fire him and they have to do this and that But he cant come across to get ANYTHING, Money beiing the biggest he is getting TD payments but thats it. Can a person find Workers Comp for carpal tunnel?
Since carpal tunnel is something you get from typing adjectives the time (well, for me at least) is it consider a work related injury? My hands and arms smarting all the time and even keep hold of me awake at night. Any thoughts?

Ok here it goes just now in convoy my husband was injured on the work he got a fractured pelvic bone he be treated and released in june for that but be referred by that doctor to another doctor for his back since he be pinned between a building and a truck he hurt his back resourcefully at the end of july they sent him to a work comp doctor since his doc said he would obligation surgery of course the work comp doc said his put a bet on was heal and that a accident 2 yrs ago he complained of backbone pain okay that was 2 yrs ago and everything have been fine no probs since he be given muscle relaxers and that worked well his doctor put the restriction notification to no more than 20 lbs lifting and so on but workers comp stopped paying him even tho his employer said with his restrictions they enjoy no work for him till he 100% better we live in Iowa does anyone know if they can stop paying him since work said in attendance is nothing he can do basically to get better

they did a servialance on someone i know and it was for 2 days but what didnt obtain was when she is within so much pain that we come to her rescue her pride will not ask for too much abet and she does not want to feels approaching a burden before the accindent she be full of life very soon she is in so much twinge that therpey just isnt working in a minute she is stress out because they caught her shopping for food and putting out her trash they dont see when we are comforting her when the pain comes and the mri dont flop, they (wc) are really stalking her and now she is afraid to do anything and depression is sitting in is at hand anything that i can tell my friend to support ease the stress in the past she makes herself sick for verbs and stress? does she have to be crippled for them to believe that she be really hurt? and can she do any household duities? she is the back bone of our relations and she has not be the same since the injury please minister to me to help her past she goes on the low side of no return

I was injured on the commission about a year ago. I own had four surgeries on my knees. The last be a knee renewal. I have be told that I will likely not know how to bend my knee long-gone 90 degrees. By my estimation, specifically over a 50 percent loss of function. I wound up having to get hold of an attorney to force workers comp to send me to receive medical attention and am now waiting to settle. I repugnance to sound resembling I'm just looking for a payday, but I am curious as to the possible amount I may receive. Can anyone hand over me some ideas?

wife has degenerative disk disease. the merely options she currently have are high doses of prescription stomach-ache killers.it is an ongoing encounter for about 7 years presently. it seems that because its nys workers compensation from a work related (origional) injury adjectives nuerosurgons that we have see are unwilling to do anything.Is it because it's comp? recently saw an attach for spinal decompression with the drx 9000. wonder if it's worth a shot.Probably nys comp board won't approve. they are a dull pain in the (you know what).and are the lowest cooperative when it comes to any thing much beyond allowing alot of drugs.Makes me ponder that they are getting kickbacks for it.Any one know the true scoop on any of this please respond.Much appreciated.francis v

I'm workers comp claim is for a injury on my hands call "cubicle syndrom"...my hands hurt, it affects my style of working and production. I just get laid off from the living that i loved that I got this from, how can i protect myself? I'm not sure if I can work right in a minute because my hands verbs to hurt and my speed of typing has diminished. Considering how they released me from work, how can i spawn them pay? Disability? What steps do i own to take?
