I was injured at work in 2004 and be immediatly placed on temp. dissability pending treatment,I be told that i couldnt recieve state disability cuase i was on workers comp.even though nearby was money available surrounded by my s.d.i Ive had two surgerys and tons of phyisical psychiatric help since then near little improvment my doctors now report to me i need another surgery and even next,they say i can never return to my procession of work, Now my temporary dissability have ended due to california state directive and im told that i cant apply for state dissability because i havent worked in the final 3 years.Ive worked my whole energy and have never be involved in any type of dissability yet im not recieving any income and cant return to work result in my doctor wont authorize it and have be told by my attorney that if i go and go and get another job it will effect my satchel against the insurance company,So my question is if nearby are any other people who hold gone through this situation and what did you do for income?need help

Hi folks, ive asked several questions give or take a few my arm and you guys gave me virtuous advice.. i own a chronic shoulder prob since feb, i go to member of staff health because i contemplate its related to my repetitive typing, doc says rotater cuff tendonitis , steal tylenol and all that, nought works! finnally work comp wants to dispatch me to their selected dr. in a minute after a phone conversation from the lady that handle my employers cases she say, oh thats not a work related condition.. she says that and i have a feeling like shes not the dr but they are adjectives going to work agianst me, does anyone know how to handle these individuals to suit my best interest, chap me because hey i pay for short occupancy and long term disablity and sickness and calamity ins. good luck getting anywhere right. also my bout of tendonitis supposedly have been going on for approx 18 weeks beside no relief, presently i have numbness and tingeling, can rotater cuff tendonitis get hold of so bad it cant be treated? give support to! i know two sets of questions!
